Shipping & returns

Where we ship

Checkout currently accepts United States shipping addresses only. For in-stock purchases, shipping is confirmed again in Stripe Checkout before payment. Deferred preorder shipping is included in the locked total shown on the reservation form before card saving; no charge today.

In-stock stickers

The sticker pack is the only product currently on hand. Sticker-only orders are handled separately from apparel preorders.

Mixed carts

Mixed carts cannot check out. Place a separate sticker-only purchase and a separate apparel reservation; each order has its own shipping charge.

Preorder delays or cancellation

Cancel an uncharged reservation before charge using its private access token. If an apparel drop is not produced, uncharged reservations are cancelled without a refund because no payment was taken. Legacy paid preorder payments are refunded if the drop is not produced. If a material production delay occurs before shipment on an already-paid order, customers may request cancellation and a refund.

Returns

Contact us within 30 days of delivery about damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented items. Keep the item and packaging until we respond. Size-preference returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition; return shipping may be deducted from the refund.
