A small-store privacy notice

What we collect

We collect information you submit, including newsletter email addresses and the contact, order, and shipping details needed to handle a purchase, deferred preorder reservation, or support request. Reservation records include the locked order total, consent version and timestamp, and Stripe references. These records are stored separately from newsletter signups; reserving does not opt you into marketing.

Payments

Stripe processes payments, saves cards for authorized future charges, and hosts checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers or CVC codes. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy terms.

How we use information

We use information to run checkout, fulfill or refund orders, provide preorder updates, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain required business records. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and retention

Information may be processed by providers used for payment, email, hosting, and order operations. We retain order records as needed for fulfillment, refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations; newsletter data is kept until unsubscribed or no longer needed.

Website analytics

We use self-hosted Plausible to count visits to public collection, product and policy pages and recognize referrals from selected search engines. We do not use analytics cookies or send order-page activity, query strings, fragments, search terms, card details or raw referral URLs. Only the search engine origin is retained. The analytics service receives ordinary network information, including IP address and browser user agent, to produce aggregate statistics. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
