PRE-ORDER policy

What a preorder means

Every apparel item is a concept offered as a deferred-charge PRE-ORDER reservation. No charge today: saving a card with Stripe is not payment. With your explicit consent, the agreed total may be charged off-session only after owner approval of production, before manufacturing. Intake is not open yet. Apparel is not currently held in inventory. The physical sticker pack is the only in-stock product.

Production threshold

We begin apparel production only if the drop reaches a commercially workable minimum. We do not publish a made-up threshold or guarantee that production will happen.

If the drop is not produced

If the minimum is not reached, uncharged reservations will be cancelled. There is no payment to refund. Any legacy paid preorder remains eligible for a refund to the original payment method if its drop is not produced; bank processing time is outside our control.

Timing and changes

No production or delivery date is guaranteed. Before any future charge, we must send advance notice with the exact amount and a cancellation option. Cancel an uncharged reservation using its private access token on the reservation management page. Keep that token on your device; it is required to manage the reservation. For already-paid orders, customers may request cancellation and a refund before shipment if a material delay occurs.

Concept imagery

Apparel images are AI-generated concept renders, not photographs of finished inventory. Final blanks, placement, color, texture, and small construction details may vary. We will not substitute a materially different item without offering a cancellation option.
