PRE-ORDER policy

What a preorder means

Every apparel item is a concept offered as a paid PRE-ORDER. Apparel is not currently held in inventory. The physical sticker pack is the only in-stock product.

Production threshold

We begin apparel production only if the drop reaches a commercially workable minimum. We do not publish a made-up threshold or guarantee that production will happen.

If the drop is not produced

If the minimum is not reached, affected preorder payments will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing time after a refund is outside our control.

Timing and changes

No production or delivery date is guaranteed. We will communicate material production updates using the email supplied at checkout. If a material delay occurs, customers may request cancellation and a refund before shipment.

Concept imagery

Apparel images are AI-generated concept renders, not photographs of finished inventory. Final blanks, placement, color, texture, and small construction details may vary. We will not substitute a materially different item without offering a cancellation option.
